This interactive session will focus on the anti-racism resource published in November 2022 NHS England Combatting Racial Discrimination against minority ethnic nurses, midwives and nursing associates Guide. The resource was developed in partnership with the Nursing & Midwifery Council and NHS Confederation. It is firmly rooted in the Code. Speakers will share professional expectations around anti racist practice and give you opportunity to discuss what this means for you and the teams you work in.
